边缘钝化研究进展

报告摘要

太阳电池降本提效的需求是一直持续的主要课题,除电池片转换效率的提高之外, 组件功率的提高也是重要的研发方向。电池片的电流对电阻损耗影响很大,电流会与电池中的切片数量成比例地减少,从而降低损耗[1]。但切片的电池片侧边会产生新的切割面, 导致边缘载流子的再结合,这在高效能电池架构中更为明显。

而边缘钝化因其容易和目前电池生产线兼容, 只需在电池片完成后增加切片及边缘钝化工艺便可达到减少半片或多片切片后的效率损失, 受到研究机构及业界很大的注意[2-7]。本报告将介绍大族光伏在边缘钝化的研究进展。
